Dennis Phillip Walker, 75, beloved father, brother, uncle, friend, and neighbor went to be with his heavenly father on June 6th, 2021. He was born in Montpelier Idaho on July 15, 1945 and lived in Afton Wyoming before moving to Montpelier at 8 years old. He lived in the Bear Lake valley nearly his entire life except for a few short forays out of Idaho. He was preceded in death by his oldest brother Earl Walker and was survived by his daughter Joey Walker, brothers Jerry Walker and Michael Walker, and sisters Maxine Walker-Davies and Nancy Stevens-Hale. He was a man of faith, kindness, and compassion and will be dearly missed by all his family, friends, and his community. He cared deeply for his family, his community, and his neighbors, and although he did not want a formal service the family asks that in lieu of a formal service or flowers anyone who cared for and will miss him carry on with his legacy and servants' heart by helping out and caring for this community that he loved so dearly.
