Lewis Clinton Bowen was born November 22, 1896 in Montpelier, the son of Brigham Harris and Emma Vilate Lee Bowen. He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1915. He married Maud Forsgren. He died May 30, 1990 and was buried in the Sedona Community Cemetery in Sedona, Arizona.
