Lloyd Johnson Bartschi was born in Nounan, Idaho October 8, 1930 the son of Wyler Fredrick and Florence Johnson Bartschi. He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1947. He enlisted in the US Army in March, 1951. He married Ludeen Waymann in 1954 in Logan, Utah. He died May 1, 1980 in Ogden, Utah.
