Evan Leroy Krogue was born in Bloomington, Idaho July 15, 1905 the son of David Anthony and Leah Matilda Dunford Krogue.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1923.  He married Ruth Emily Martin.  He served in the US Navy during WWII.  He died June 7, 1988 and was buried in the Arlington National Cemetery.
