Paul Caldwell Stephens was born in Bennington, Idaho August 13, 1940 the son of Thomas Carlyle and LaRaine Caldwell Stephens.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1958.  He died November 7, 1977 and was buried in the Fairview Cemetery in Soda Springs, Idaho.
