Douglas Perkins was born April 18, 1915 in Montpelier the son of William Lewis and Nellie Bardella Pearce Perkins.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1933.  He married Carol Luetta Williams June 22, 1944 in the Logan LDS Temple.  He died January 12, 1996 in Salt Lake City.
