Cecil Wendell Kunz was born on May 2, 1917, the son of Henry Daniel and Matilda Esther Kunz. He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1935. He married Margaret Veloy Bair June 1, 1939 in Logan, Utah. His last known residence was in Preston, Franklin County, ID 83263. He died on December 19, 1997 and was buried in the Logan City Cemetery.
