Donna Buhler (Brown) - Class of 1951

Donna Marie Brown, 78, passed away December 7, 2010, at Portneuf West Medical Center. Donna was born October 13, 1932, in Bennington, Idaho, to Harold Buhler and Zulpha Harris. She attended grade school in Bennington and high school in Montpelier.

She married Norman Brown on December 16, 1969. Norman later passed away in 1982.

Donna worked as a waitress in Montpelier and Soda Springs. She also worked as a cashier at the ranch hand. She spent much of her leisure time watching bull riding and horse races.

Donna loved to be in the outdoors fishing, hunting, picnicking, and sitting around the campfire. She enjoyed reading as well as collecting Louis L'amour and Zane Grey books.

Donna is survived by her son, Jim Buhler; four grandchildren, Jeff Buhler, Jake Buhler, Misty Ball, and Charlene Williams; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by both parents, her daughter, Tami, and two sisters.

Donna will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held Friday December 10, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the Montpelier LDS Fourth Ward Chapel. Interment will be in the Dingle Cemetery.
