Mildred Brown was born August 16, 1905 in Montpelier, the daughter of Ferguson and Laura Mae Holmes Brown. She was a member of the class of 1924, however she did not graduate.. She married Edwin Joseph Budge February 28, 1925 in Pocatello. She died January 18, 1987 in Tulare, California.
