Cleo Kibby was born February 2, 1900 in St Joseph, Missouri, the daughter of Edward Francis and Minnie Ethel Baker Kibby. She was a member of the class of 1919 however she did not graduate. She married George Lewis Tyler in 1921 in Wyoming. She died April 30, 1970 in Sacramento, California.
