Troy Lewis - Class of 1981

Troy Lewis was killed in a snowmobile accident in Montpelier Canyon January 11, 1997.  He was the son of LaVoy and Kaye Sparks.  He was born in Ogden, Utah December 23, 1962.  He graduated from Bear Lake High School in 1981.  He married Tammy Hymas November 22, 1985 in Montpelier.  They lived in Cokeville and Montpelier.  For the past nine years they resided in Georgetown.  From the time Troy was a small boy he loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and snowmobiling.  He was a member of the LDS Church and at the time of his death was employed by Rhone-Polenc in Soda Springs.  He is survived by his wife, one son and one daughter.  Funeral services were held in the Georgetown LDS Chapel followed by internment in the Georgetown Cemetery.
