Patricia Sharp (Stephens) - Class of 1945

Patricia (Pat) Fay Sharp Stephens passed away July 24, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 90 years old. She was born October 4, 1927 in Montpelier, Idaho to Fanny (Fay) H. Hunter and James H. Sharp.

She married Frank (Steve) D., Stephens on June 1, 1945 at Clovis Air Base, New Mexico and later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on August 29, 1947 and they were married 43 years before Franks death.

Pat enjoyed water skiing in Bear Lake, Lake Powell, etc. She loved snow skiing, playing bridge with her ladies bridge group and her Tuesday golf group. Pat loved to travel the world with family and friends.

Pat loved her garden and her home and so loved her service in the Salt Lake Temple for 14 years and other callings in her ward.

She is survived by her son, Mitchell Sharp Stephens (Gloria) from Colorado, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Helen and Brother James (Bud).

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah. Friends and Family may call Monday, July 30th from 9:30AM to 10:45AM prior to the service at 11:00AM.

Many, many thanks to the staff and hospice at Silverado who gave such loving care and concern to Pat.
