In Memory

Kathryn Earley (Watkins) - Class of 1971

Our loving wife and mother passed away peacefully on Dec. 15, 2018. Kathryn was born on Sept. 24, 1953, to Arnell and Carmena Earley in Montpelier, Idaho. She grew up on a farm, attended Bear Lake High and graduated from Ricks College in 1973. She served a mission to Germany and Switzerland in 1975.

She and Phil decided they liked square dancing together so they were married in the Ogden Temple in 1978. She worked for New York Life as a secretary and later worked at Newman Elementary in the library for many years. She enjoyed gardening, square dancing and traveling. She served in many church callings using her talents as an organist and pianist for a number of years.

She is preceded in death by her parents and infant brother, Dennis. She is survived by her husband; children Steven (Heidi) and David (Janell); four grandchildren, Asher, Ty, Chase and Hunter; and siblings, Karen Rae Webb (Alan), Treena Roberts (Drew) and Myron Earley (Colleen).
Services will be on Saturday, Dec. 22, at the Northpoint chapel at 1460 N. Morton Dr., Salt Lake City, at 10 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will be at the Paris Cemetery in Paris, Idaho.
