Ann R. Shaughnessy, our mom, friend, and the best grandma ever passed away peacefully August 23, 2015. Ann was born June 5, 1937, to Leo and Lamona Rasmussen in Dingle, Idaho. The family farm, Bear Lake valley, along with the horses she rode and animals she raised, always remained close to her heart. Ann is survived by her children, Scott, Rickie, Lorie, and Todd, and was preceded in death by her husband Bob, siblings Nedra and Rex, and by Kathy and Steven. Annie's smile (and occasional mischief) will be missed by everyone, including her 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Never one to complain about the many challenges life handed her, she met them all with dignity, humor, and grace. The quiet strength she exhibited each day will be forgotten by none.

The family expresses special appreciation to Cindy and Mark, Ann's other neighbors and friends, and the professional caregivers, for their unmatched support.
