Eugene Francis Barsby was born July 22, 1929 the son of Cyril Eugene and Francis Fae Purcell Barsby.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1946.  He served in the US Army.  He married Carol Jean Peterson July 3, 1949.  He died August 27, 2003 in Nampa, Idaho and was buried in the Cloverdale Memorial Park in Boise, Idaho.
