Eugene Mckay Wilcox was born in Dingle, Idaho December 13, 1923 the son of Oliver Charles and Morette Quayle Wilcox.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1942.  He served in the US Navy during WWII.  He died February 17, 1992 in San Juaquin, California and was buried in Manteca, California.
