Donald Lee Cochran was born January 4, 1924 the son of Charles and Annie Cochran.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1942.  He married Eva Schleich in 1956.  He served in the US Navy during WWII.  He died October 8, 2007 and was buried in the Mesa City Cemetery in Mesa, Arizona.
