Clay Edward Wilcox was born July 6, 1923 the son of Lewis Carlisle and Helen Hester Small Wilcox.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1941.  He married Irene Allen.  He served in the US Army.  He died August 18, 2011 in Boise, Idaho.
