Oliver Larson - Class of 1932

Oliver Myron Larson, 90, died Monday, January 16, 2006 at his home of causes incident to age. He was born March 4, 1915 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Oliver and Ruth Elise Stoker Larson. On August 22, 1941, Oliver married Lillian Lucile Anderson in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Lucile preceded him in death on April 29, 1996. 

He lived in Wyoming for seven years, Montpelier, ID for 11 years and in Ogden for the past 72 years. Oliver was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in many callings throughout his life, He worked at Shupe Williams Candy Company and at Continental Baking Company as the plant engineer. 

Surviving are three sons, Oliver J. Larson, Ogden, UT; Gregory M. Larson, Spokane, WA; Bradner A. Larson, Ogden, UT; seven grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. Oliver was preceded in death by his wife, parents, sister, Gladys Duncan and two brothers, Jack and Len Larson. 

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may call at the mortuary on Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday 1 to 1:45 p.m.. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
