Norma Jacobsen was born August 22, 1915 the daughter of Lorenzo Wilford and Mary Delilah Bateman Jacobsen.  She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1932.  She married Richard Boyd Perkins April 2, 1942.  She died July 22, 2005 and was buried in the Bennington Cemetery.
