Elizabeth Hess was born February 18, 1916 the daughter of Charles and Genevieve Williams Hess.  She died March 9, 1990 and was buried in the Montpelier Cemetery.

Elizabeth Hess, 74, died Friday, March 9, 1990 at her home in Los Angeles, Ca. She was born Feb. 18, 1916 in Montpelier, a daughter of Charles E. and Genevieve Williams Hess. She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1933.  She attended the University of Idaho and graduated from Northwestern University. She worked as a giftware buyer for Wholesale Warehouses in the Los Angeles area. She is survived by her brother, Spencer Hess, Montpelier; one niece, Mary McClanahan, Boise; and two nephews, John Hess and Paul Hess, both of Montpelier. Graveside service Thursday at 1 p m in the Montpelier Cemetery. Friends can call for one hour prior at the mortuary.
