Ken Blair Poulsen was born August 19, 1920 the son of Kenneth and Edith Passey Poulsen.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1938.  He married Ruth Tueller and they were later divorced.  He died June 18, 1992 in Gooding, Idaho.
