Elwood Carl Kunz was born April 27, 1922 in St. Charles, Idaho the son of Carl Jacob and Sara Elizabeth Kunz.  He graduated from Montpelier High School in 1941.  He died February 3, 1991 in Evanston, Wyoming and was buried in the Evanston City Cemetery.
