LaVon Parker - Class of 1933

Fredrick LaVon Parker, 87, good husband, father, fisherman, hunter, retired railroad engineer and friend was born in Liberty, ID Jan 29, 1915, and passed away in Bountiful, UT July 3, 2002. We know he has just gone to the happy hunting (and fishing) ground.

Fred is survived by his six brothers and sisters; sons, LeRoy, Floyd, Lance; daughter, Twila Overfield; many grand and great-grandchildren. Fred outlived his first wife, Faye Rose King; and then his second wife, Mable Helen Fletcher.

Services will be Tues. July 9, 12 noon, Orchard 11th Ward Chapel, 155 Coventry, North Salt Lake, UT. Friends may call at the chapel prior to the services 10-11:45 a.m. Interment (same day), 5 p.m., Liberty Cemetery in Liberty, ID. Directors, Matthews Mortuary, Montpelier, ID.
