Wanda Ashley Mattsson was born June 29, 1909 in Paris, Idaho the daughter of George Frederick Ashley and Mary Jane Kearl.  She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1926.  She married Carvel Mattsson.  She died March 17, 1981 and was buried in the Larkin Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Salt Lake City.
