Loraine M. Buhler, 51, of Salt Lake City died August 23, 1973.  He was born November 22, 1921 in Bern, Idaho, the son of David and Rebecca Kunz Buhler.  He married Monica Scholli on March 17, 1944 in Rochester, New York.  He was a member of the LDS Church and a metallurgical engineer for Devenco Company of Utah. a member of American Mining and Engineering Association, Professional Engineering Society and the Lions Club.  Survivors include his wife, four sons, one daughter and two grandchildren.  Funeral services were held in Salt Lake City.
