Evan Archie Hemmert, 33, drowned in a boating accident in Bear Lake July 17, 1990.  He was born January 10, 1957 in Montpelier to Frank H, and Orpha Bee Hemmert.  He married Hsio-Li Lin in 1983.  They were later divorced.  He served an LDS mission to Leister, England and was a graduate of Brigham Young University.  In recent years he had made his home in Salt Lake City.  He is survived by his mother and three sisters.  Memorial services were held in the LDS St. Charles Chapel.
