In Memory

Celia Anne Rouse (Chambers) - Class of 1980

Celia Anne Chambers, beautiful wife and mother, returned home to her Heavenly Father after a long battle with illness. Celia was very kind hearted and a lover of all people and animals. She was born Dec. 28, 1962 and passed away surrounded by her loving family Oct. 29, 2012.

Celia was born in Reno, Nev., but spent the majority of her younger years on the Cecil Quayle  Ranch in Dingle. She then married Bruce Burgoyne and had a wonderful daughter named Jessica who has since married and given Celia two amazing grandchildren. After divorcing her still friend Bruce, she went on to marry another great companion Kent Hoag. Celia and Kent later divorced and went their separate ways.

Celia was very intelligent and outgoing, and received a master’s degree before beginning a career with HK Contractors where she met her soul mate and best friend Dave Chambers. Celia and Dave spent the remainder of her years going to rodeos, trail riding, “putting her cows back in,” and enjoying each others company while working side by side. She loved the outdoors and her family. Dave and Celia had a blended family with Jessica, Jake and Alaire. They also enjoyed three misfit children (dogs) Alf, Dalton and Rooty. Celia was a blessing to everyone she met and made your life better having known her. We send her to Heaven with many broken hearts and all love in the world. We Love You Cec!

Celia is survived by her loving husband Dave, daughter Jessica (Jason) , mother Sonya, brother Dan, sisters Rocky and Gina and two grandchildren Dominic and Zachary. Along with several nieces, nephews and adopted family who all love and miss her dearly.

Memorial services were Nov. 2, at Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg.  Her cremated remains were spread at a special place requested by Celia, wile surrounded by her loved ones.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.flammfh.com.
