Monroe Arrington - Class of 1935

Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Pocatello for Monroe Earl Arrington, 35, who died in a Salt Lake City hospital Sunday , May, 1952.  He was born October 26, 1917 in Magna, Utah the son of Bruce S. and Bessie Emerson Arrington.  He moved to Montpelier with his parents and was graduated from Montpelier High School in 1935.  He moved to Pocatello after his graduation. On December 8, 1941 he enlisted in the Army Air Corps as a radio operator and was discharged in 1946.  He returned to Pocatello and was employed as an accountant in the W. P. Grayson Construction Company until his illness a year ago.  He was married to Maxine Marchett in Pocatello January 5, 1947.  He is survived by his wife  and a daughter by a previous marriage.
