Marie Sparks Bailey, 56, died on January 10, 1972 in the Magic Valley Hospital in Twin Falls of a heart attack. Mrs. Bailey was born in Dingle on May 4, 1915, the daughter of George and Myrtle Cook Sparks. She is survived by her husband, Dan Bailey of Filer; one son, Terry Bailey of Moscow; three daughters, Dorothy Miller of Rockland, Linda Osgood of Caldwell, and Vicki Quintana; ten grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters: Kenneth Sparks, Donald Sparks and Mrs. Ted (Ellen) Humburg, all of Dingle; Elwyn Sparks of Cokeville, and Mrs. Donald (Arlene) Welker of Montpelier.  Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. January 12, 1972 in the LDS Chapel in Filer.
