Leola Katherine Messerly Kivett, 59, Springfield, Missouri, passed away Saturday, September 24 of an apparent heart attack.  Born October 15, 1917 in Montpelier to Robert and Eliza Kunz Messerly.  She married Gene Kivett April 19, 1948.  They had resided in Springfield for the past 15 years.  Survivors include her husband along with two brothers and five sisters.  Services were conducted at Springfield, Missouri.  Interment was at Sunset Gardens of the Valley in Salt Lake City.
