Charles "Russ" Hall, 58, died Monday, February 15, 1982 in University Medical Center in Salt Lake City of leukemia. He was born March 20, 1923 in Salt Lake City a son of Samuel Carlos and Inez Wright Hall. He married Helen Sarlo July 21, 1946 in Ogden, Utah. He had been a retail grocer. He was raised in Bennington, Idaho and lived in Kaysville for the past 20 years. He attended Montpelier High School. He was a member of the Fruit Heights First LDS Ward. He was with the Nehi Beverage Co. for eight years. He was in the retail food business for 24 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ogden Lodge and a Veteran of World War II serving in the US Army in France. Survivors include his wife, two sons, one daughter and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Lindquist-Kaysville Mortuary. Interment was in the Kaysville City Cemetery.
