Albert Nate - Class of 1922

Albert Leslie Nate, 79, died Wednesday in the Montpelier Hospital following a long illness.  He was born February 14, 1903 at Dingle to Charles C. and Emma May Bird Nate.  He married Odelia Ruth Smedley October 11, 1924 in Farmington, Utah.  He was a member of the LDS Church.  He worked as a cattle rancher in Bear Lake County all of his life.  He was a member of the Cattlemen's Association and a partner in the Nate Ranch located in Bear Lake and Caribou County.  He also served for many years as a member of the Dingle School Board.  Survivors include his wife, a son, two daughters and 11 grandchildren.  Funeral services were held in the Dingle LDS Ward Chapel. Burial was in the Dingle Cemetery.
