Stella Kathryn Clay Melton, 56, died October 4 in the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Boise where she has resided for the past 15 years.  She was born July 21, 1935 in Montpelier to Milton Bailey and Lillas Louise Birch Clay.  She grew up and was educated in Montpelier.  Graveside services were held Monday at 10 am in the Montpelier Cemetery.
