Gertrude E. Augerter McCart, 89, died February 23, 1994 in the Logan Regional Medical Center.  She was born October 16, 1904 in Montpelier to Fred and Eliza Trusell Augerter.  She graduated from Montpelier High School and attended college in Logan for one year.  She married Joseph O. McCart December 10. 1926 in Logan.  They moved to Long Beach, California where they lived for ten years and then moved back to Montpelier.  He died June 10, 1982.  She was a member of the LDS Church and also of the Order of the Eastern Star.  She is survived by one step-daughter and one grandson.  Funeral services were held March 1 at 1 pm in the Matthews Mortuary Chapel.  Burial was in the Montpelier Cemetery.
