Ralph Anderson - Class of 1944

Ralph Tennyson Anderson passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 25, 2006. Born May 20, 1925 in Georgetown, ID to Harold T. and Sarah Buhler Anderson. He was a proud veteran of World War II earning seven battle stars in the Navy. Graduated from the University of Utah, lettering in track. Married Wilma Jane Slack, November 29, 1955. They resided in Great Falls, MT for 43 years where he worked for the FAA. Ralph loved his wife, children and grandchildren. He enjoyed writing poetry, lifting weights, and doing anything he could outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved country western music. He was a member of the LDS Church.

Survived by his loving wife Wilma, children: Susan (Don) Taylor, Donald (Brenda) Anderson, Richard E. Anderson, Elizabeth (Brian) Peek, 11 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2006, 11 a.m. at the Union Fort Stake Center, 540 E. 7200 So., Midvale, UT. Interment: Grantsville City Cemetery.
