MONTPELIER, IDAHO -- Betty Ermatrude Skinner Wilcox, 74, our beloved mother, grandmother and sister, passed away June 3, 2003, surrounded by her children. She was born July 12, 1928, to David H. and Bertha Emilia Ladewig Skinner in Montpelier, Idaho. She was the youngest of nine children. Mother never had a lot of worldly goods or money, but whatever she had was for her children. She was kind, generous, genuine and humble to the end. We will miss her so much.
