Forrest C. Nelson, 63, returned to his Heavenly Father on Jan. 24, 2004 after
losing a battle with lung cancer. He was the fifth child of nine born to Vernon W. Nelson and Etta Mae
Keetch Nelson on March 21, 1940 in Montpelier, Idaho.

He is survived by four sisters, Dorene Nielsen Folkman and Robert Folkman, and Arlene (Blaine) Sears,
both of Ogden; Carol Jean (Frank) Smith, St. Regis, MT; Lois (Duwayne) Woodward, Corvallis, MT; three
brothers, Earl C. (Mary) Nelson, Montpelier, ID, Harold (Marilyn) Nelson, Ogden; Reed (Pat) Nelson,
Stevensville, MT. He is also survived by three children and four grandchildren of Las Vegas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, LeGrande, a brother-in-law Kenneth Nielson; sister-in-
law Gloria Nelson; and two nieces and a nephew.

Funeral services were held in Montana on January 30, 2004.
